EN LOS CENTROS DE SALUD DE MÁLAGA
Study on the model request appointments in the Health Centers in Malaga
RESUMEN ABSTRACT
Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde el año 2004. En
esa fecha, se produce el comienzo de la
informatización y centralización de las solicitudes
de asistencia en los Centros de Salud de Andalucía
mediante el Programa DIRAYA.
DIRAYA dispone de un Módulo que gestiona las
citas de las agendas de Atención Primaria,
disponiendo de un sistema de citación centralizado
multicanal: presencial, telefónico, Internet e
incluso a través de mensajes SMS desde teléfonos
móviles. Este módulo facilita la supervisión del
flujo de pacientes y la coordinación de las acciones
requeridas en el diagnóstico y el tratamiento de
cada proceso.

It has been a long time since 2004. At that time, the
beginning of computerization and centralization of
applications for assistance in the health centers of
Andalucia through DIRAYA Program occurs.
DIRAYA has a module that manages appointments
agendas primary care, having a centralized
multichannel system citation: face, telephone,
Internet and even through SMS messages from
mobile phones. This module facilitates patient flow
monitoring and coordination of the actions
required in the diagnosis and treatment of each
process.
Justification: Through this study we want to see
how aware are users of health centers in the
province of Málaga of the different ways that you
can make an appointment at their health care
center. After evaluation of this data, we will try to
know what the forms used when an appointment
is. We will also make a comparison to see if there
are differences in the data collected in accordance
with the income of the study area or by age and
sex.
